Problem
I'm working with your portal. I want to create and work with Multisig account. I've created the Multisig, but then stuck with approve of extrinsic. As i think, it is because of old version of App.
How to repeat
- Create multisig.
- make any action(extrinsic). In my case - transfer.
As result you will see "red dot" near the Multisig account, but you will not be able to press on it and open window to approve existing action.
I Think it is because your old version of App.
Newest version
On the last version of polkadot.js.org App this "red dot" looks like this:
And you can press on t to see next window:

In one way i can use Polkadot APP and it's fine. But on their app they don't have "Storage" tab. But it's very useful for me.
