[D4T Backend] Modifier route "maps" pour utiliser un fichier de config différent en fonction de l'utilisateur

As a user,, when I am authenticated, I can access to a map with data relevant to my role / project.
When user is not authenticated, the map should display only public accessible data.

Objectif

Modifier la route "maps" pour qu'elle puisse utiliser un fichier de config différent en fonction de l'utilisateur

Moved in P3 because we might not need this.
We do not need a differnet config.json, but a specific filter on the map data, that can be done in the backend when requesting the style.json
