UFAL/`DOCKER_REGISTRY = github` shouldn't be used for the integration tests in the build action

because the dataquest image from the docker hub is used in the `docker-compose-ci.yml` https://github.com/dataquest-dev/dspace-angular/blob/dtq-dev/docker/docker-compose-ci.yml#L38C14-L38C29
