viz: Data Schematics Tour mode

Since we're promoting "Data Schematics" as interactive, storytelling Data Dictionaries on steroids in the Age of AI, and not just a plain visualization - add a Tour mode that is enabled by default the first time a User opens a Schematic.

It will show the different parts of the Data Schematic:

• the Dictionary Drawer

  • the downloadable sidecars (stats, freq, JSON Schema, etc.)
  • the color-coded tags and what they mean
  • the field definitions
  • the concept ontology/vocabulary

• the DataTable Drawers

  • the different Search/Filter options (SearchBuilder, Global Search and ColumnControl and how they complement each other)
  • the CSV Export

It explains the different kinds of Summary Panels and why a specific Summary was used.

If the dataset is part of a Data Concierge instance, it will have extended explanations enabled by the Data Concierge.
