Replace the deprecated SimpleNamingContextBuilder

SimpleNamingContextBuilder is deprecated as of Spring Framework 5.2 in favor of complete solutions from third parties such as Simple-JNDI.

According to the comment was defined for Pentaho Classic Engine to use the connection pool.

i dont think Pentaho Classic Engine needs to further be maintained in 4.x , i am not aware of any project using it at the moment nor would the intention be to continue using it

If SimpleNamingContextBuilder is not used anywhere else then if we'll remove Pentaho integration, then we can remove this jndi builder along side.
