I have created an interactive map to visualize the most recent, or 7 day average lateness data for all trains on each line. There is a repo for it over at: https://github.com/jwzabrenski/SeptaStatsMap

It uses Leaflet 1.0.0-rc.1 and the Leaflet.hotline plugin
Currently it does not have functional map tiles because MapQuest has limited direct access, that will be updated in the near future.
