A docling-serve instance can be started with authentication enabled (see DOCLING_SERVE_API_KEY in https://github.com/docling-project/docling-serve/blob/main/docs/configuration.md#docling-serve-configuration).

We should expose this in our testcontainers API as well as in the client api.
