RoboCop issues

I've noticed the GB game "RoboCop" hangs while loading Stage 1. This game has issues in some other GB emulators, I don't know why.

Apart from this, in other emus like Menafen it hangs after Stage 3, so a complete gamethrough would be needed if the Stage 1 bug ever gets corrected.

This repo was just randomly recommended to me by github. So just leaving a note here on the newest "rom does not work issue"

I've collected a lot of various test roms:

Most emulator devs only test with the blarg set, but that is really the bare minimum. The mooneye test test is much more extensive and catches a lot more issues in interrupt/video timing which causes problems with various ROMs.

I just checked again with the newst dumps I could find. "RoboCop (USA)" hangs right before the first stage. And "RoboCop (USA, Europe) (Rev 1)" lets you play up to Stage 3. Then it hangs right before Stage 4, the facial recognition test.
