Error in compiling custom tensorflow ops

I am getting an error while running the command
"cd auto_yolo/auto_yolo/tf_ops/resampler_edge && make"
Error msg:
fatal error: tensorflow/core/framework/register_types.h: No such file or directory

I am using tensorflow 1.13.1, tensorflow-probability 0.6.0, CUDA 10.1

Same here. You need to change a lot of source files of TF.
