Add extra maintainers

There are a pile of unmerged pull requests, is it possible to add one or more maintainers to this project? I'm super excited about it and want to keep seeing the feature pile in.

@egoist I'd be interested, as well. I'd be interested to try to create a new major release sometime in the near future that integrates some of the PRs, etc. It's been a year since the last push to npm and I think there are some worthwhile things that could be brought online.
