preprogramed fan values are not restored on FanControl exit

FanPico-804D preloaded so all fans will run at 80% RPM when initially powered on or reset.
Start FanControl and see the fans adjust to the control curve.
Exit FanControl and observe the fans remain at whichever value FanControl set before exit.
