AuthSMTP set up control panel step

On the page http://docs.engineyard.com/setup-ssmtp-for-mail-relay-to-authsmtp.html, I see the following line:

NOTE: If using AuthSMTP, go into the control panel and enable SSL access to your mail relay.

I don't understand this line. I've just received my account setup email from AuthSMTP, after signing up for an account with them, but can't find out where or how on the control panel to complete this step.
