Bug: entire configure does not work in PowerShell

What happened?

A user reported in Discord that entire configure does not work when run from PowerShell. We do not yet have the exact error output or affected version.

Steps to reproduce

Need confirmation from the reporter, but likely starting point:

1. Open PowerShell on Windows.
2. Install or use the Entire CLI.
3. Run entire configure.
4. Observe that the command fails, hangs, or otherwise does not complete successfully.
