TensorFlow Lite Plugin integration

[ResetPress]

Google recently released a TensorFlow Lite plugin for Flutter:

Github Repo:
https://github.com/tensorflow/flutter-tflite

Integration with Flet would be useful for anyone interested in running machine learning models locally (mobile included) or via the web.
