Hmm, I read closed issue that some had issues with ubuntu 18.04 and LXFC icons?
I seem to use LXQT and PacmanFC so maybe I use LXFC in lubuntu.
I see only the black box with configurable tooltips.
I wonder if it is possible to change code?
I donated coffee in the past, so I am willing to do so again.
Please do not close without giving LXFC a chance.

Why?
LUBUNTU is not as performance hungary as gnome and people with less means have less strong machines.
They are in need for good and not the "change your device every 4 years".
I personally changed from Wayland to X11 and later to LXQT, because my notebook is built 2017, 8 years from now and still okay.
I bought it refurbished several years ago. It works quite good.
