Failling to install aur package lyx

aura -A lyx fails with Failed to copy build files message (debug info in annex).
Manually downloading lyx's PKGBUILD file and performing makepkg -si works fine.

I tried to rm -rf ~/.cache/aura/builds/lyx and repeat with no luck.

Exact same issue here with ttf-ms-win11-auto, manually cloning and building from https://aur.archlinux.org/ttf-ms-win11-auto.git works when using makepkg -si.
