@hexylena @jmchilton @hmenager in terms of best practice at the documentation level in https://galaxy-iuc-standards.readthedocs.io/en/latest/best_practices/tool_xml.html?highlight=order#coding-style, does it make sense to add information on EDAM popovers to get the detailed information to EDAM terms? I find it quite handy and that's something I could add in the documentation. Would it be helpful?
