Track public EV tariff data sources #1

Description

@galjos

Goal

Keep a live decision record for EV charging tariff data sources so pitstop can add per-station or operator-level pricing only when there is a reliable public source.

Scope

  • Re-check AFIR/NAP consumer access, PUN/public portal behavior, Open Charge Map, OSM tagging, CPO tariff pages, and commercial providers.
  • Record whether each source provides machine-readable EUR/kWh or session-price data, coverage, license/terms, and freshness.
  • Distinguish per-station tariffs from operator tariff-page links.

Non-goals

  • Scraping fragile web UIs without a clear legal and technical contract.
  • Guessing prices from operator names.

Done when

  • Source matrix is documented.
  • Current recommendation is explicit: keep tariff page URLs, integrate a source, or revisit later.
  • Any implementation follow-up has a bounded data contract.
