Goal
Keep a live decision record for EV charging tariff data sources so pitstop can add per-station or operator-level pricing only when there is a reliable public source.
Scope
- Re-check AFIR/NAP consumer access, PUN/public portal behavior, Open Charge Map, OSM tagging, CPO tariff pages, and commercial providers.
- Record whether each source provides machine-readable EUR/kWh or session-price data, coverage, license/terms, and freshness.
- Distinguish per-station tariffs from operator tariff-page links.
Non-goals
- Scraping fragile web UIs without a clear legal and technical contract.
- Guessing prices from operator names.
Done when
- Source matrix is documented.
- Current recommendation is explicit: keep tariff page URLs, integrate a source, or revisit later.
- Any implementation follow-up has a bounded data contract.
