Evaluate secondary fuel-price sources

Goal

Assess whether pitstop should compare MIMIT station prices with one or more secondary sources when those sources are public, legally usable, and machine-readable enough to support repeatable checks.

Scope

• Identify candidate sources for regional or station-level Italian fuel prices.
• Record access method, license/terms, freshness, coverage, and whether redistribution or automated querying is allowed.
• Prototype comparison only after source rights and reliability are clear.
• Keep MIMIT as the primary source unless a secondary source provides a clearly better public contract.

Done when

• Candidate sources are documented with access/licensing notes.
• Recommendation is explicit: integrate, monitor, or reject.
• If integration is recommended, a narrow implementation issue exists with expected JSON fields and caveats.
