view all builders section loads slower than other tabs

The "View All Builders" section takes significantly longer to load than other dashboard components (often 10–30+ seconds on mobile LTE, vs near-instant for previews and other lists).

1. Open https://points.genlayer.foundation/
2. Scroll to Newest members / builders area
3. Tap "View All Builders"

Observed: Prolonged loading / spinner, feels unresponsive. No errors in console, just slow fetch/render.

Expected:Load time closer to other sections (<5s ideally).

Env: iOS Safari, mobile LTE, wallet connected.

Thanks for the quick iteration — this is the main perf bottleneck I'm seeing.
