Custom Integrations Permission Alerts

Hi 👋,
I tried to save the permission alert, but it didn't work.

First, I created an internal integration and followed the tutorial on retrieving a team from an organisation, which was successful. I also had to set some permissions there.

Next, I wanted to create an alert. However, when I tried to give the integration the 'Alerts' permission, it wouldn't save. A bubble always appears with the message 'Unknown Error'.

Is this a bug, or is there anything else I need to consider when granting alerts permission?

we were using an old version, the bug was fixed in January: getsentry/sentry#82862
