Several of our DB instrumentations don't emit all db attributes they could emit.
For example (but not fully audited!):
db.operation.name missing in mysql2db.collection.name missing in supabase and a bunch of other integrations
Pulled this out of #23523 to avoid scope creep but we should fix this soon.
