Model call failed with MCP

Describe the bug

When MCP servers added and try to use them, falls into a loop of:
Model call failed: {"message":"tools.5.custom.name: String should match pattern '^[a-zA-Z0-9_-]{1,128}$'","code":"invalid_request_body"} errors on terminal.

I tried it many times and it's only solved when MCP servers removed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Add a MCP server (i.e Github MCP server for pull requests listing)
2. Ask for listing pull requests in repository

Important: It also happens with other MCP servers such as Context7 or whatever uses HTTP protocol

Expected behavior

Connect to the MCP server and use the tools

I kept trying and I think I got a pattern: It starts failing when the previous operation was cancelled by user, then it fails definitely after retry 5 times:

It's also fixed then I quit (/exit), close the terminal and open a new one.

Are you still seeing this on the latest release, @despinozap? We made some changes here recently to do a better job sanitizing tool names which I belive should have helped here.

I believe this has been resolved. Please open a new issue with a repro if you encounter further issues.
