Describe the bug
The last few days, CP CLI seems very sluggish and can get to the point that it just seems to hang. It's not a machine issue. I just switched back to CC in the exact terminal sesstion (CTRL-D -> claude) and it is fine, both using C-S-4.5. The perf was not good enough for me to do my job. This was not the case before. A couple weeks ago, it seemed much snappier.
I refactored the core types of my codebase (just namespace names but type shape) and then asked CP CLI to finish the refactor. It wasn't able to complete the task after 10+ mins. CC did it in 1-2 mins.
