Add Option to disable the ticket count for the Display of User-Names

At several places within the ticket management,
where a username is displayed, there is some sort of ticket count in brackets behind the name.

For our self-service-type users, this is commonly interpreted as the internal phone number :-D

Can we please have an option to disable this globally ?

Can you give a hint where in the code is the place where the related String gets built,
so that we maybe could provide a patch by ourselves ?
