Feature Request: Keyboard Shortcuts for Ticket Navigation and Actions

Description

We use GLPI extensively for ticket management, and it is quite common for us to work through multiple tickets one after another.

Currently, navigating between tickets and performing common actions often requires switching between the keyboard and mouse. When processing a larger number of tickets, this can become cumbersome and slows down the workflow.

I would like to suggest adding keyboard shortcuts for navigation between TIckets and Itmes and frequently used ticket actions.

Proposed Shortcuts:

• previos Ticket/Item
• next Ticket/Item

on other Items:

• Create Ticket

extra Shortcuts in Tickets:

• Add a new Follow up / note
• Add a new Task
• Add a Solution
• Create Problem
• Create Change
• Add to Problem
• Add to Change

Benefits

Faster navigation between tickets
Less mouse usage
Improved keyboard accessibility
More efficient processing of large ticket queues
Better usability for users who work with GLPI for extended periods

Possible Extension

It could also be useful to provide a central overview or help dialog showing the available keyboard shortcuts, for example via a ? shortcut or a small "Keyboard shortcuts" entry in the interface.
Additionally, allowing users to customize or configure shortcuts could be considered in the future.
