[feature request] live network activity line chart on app dashboard and maybe even live notification

it would be cool and useful for a live updating network activity graphs like the one depicted in the image be displayed on the homepage, and maybe even as a live notification to replace the static notification mandated by the os that currently does nothing

for me, a graph like this has been useful to monitor if im being throttled by the gfw

multiple graphs can be made to monitor inbound or outbound activity from xray core, or even better a sp3ciric inbound or outbound set in config.json
