Expected behavior:
Toast notifications should disappear after fixed amount of time while on the screen

Current behavior:
The toasts with the following content do not disappear and just stay indefinitely on the screen:
title = Cannot connect to x
body = You tried to connect to x but we encountered an unexpected error: another relogin request is in....

If I leave my laptop running for a while, those toasts will add up and by the time I come back I'll have a LOT of them, just stuck on my screen waiting for me to close them manually. If I want them to disappear, it's quicker to restart Teleport and re-authenticate again. It's quite inconvenient.

Bug details:

• Teleport version : 15.4.24.994
• Recreation steps : break a connection to a service (k8s for me) while a teleport-connect tab is still opened
