Marking a blog as In-progress should take it down from the website

## Description
Blog marked as `Inprogress` should be removed from the personal website if present.
## Proposed Solution
- Get all the blogs that are marked as inProgress.
- if blog present in the last commit tree remove that and create a new commit and tree
- update the git reference to the new commit created.
