Add new internal actions

Below is non-exhaustive list for the actions that can be integrated for the first beta release.

• Youtube Video Player ( with media controls optional )
• Vimeo Video Plater ( with media controls optional )
• PDF Viewer from Link
• Google docs viewer
• Open local media file (limited to: images, video, pdf)
• Open any website? (issues: cookies, session? this may make it possible for us to embed Netflix)
• Image viewer with basic editor ( from legacy H2 )
• Sketch Pad ( JS lib based? or iframe a service? storage? or use and throw)

For an end user, this is browser to open things in picture-in-picture mode. Ideally, user should not think if a specific thing can be opened in H2. It's just that actions can improve the experience instead of just loading iframe in a small window.
