[BUG]"Success, failed" graph shows incorrect date.

Speed tests run and report the correct date when ran but the history of speed tests that shows "success/failed" shows date that is incorrect. (1 day in the past)

Seems to be some kind of issue with EST vs UTC timezones. Speedtests run in EST but the one graph displays the history in UTC, making it seem like its out of date.
