[1.20.1, Forge 47.4.10] Game crashes when opening creative menu

Overview
Game crashes (Error code -1) immediately when I open the creative menu.

Session info
Client (Joined player) on a world hosted by a friend through Essential Mod, Modpack made by me on CurseForge and shared as profile code.

Detailed error description
Joined the hosted world, Changed gamemode to creative, everything works to that point, opens creative menu/inventory, game crashes: Error code -1. Error description:

Unexpected error
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Registry entry not present: create_power_loader:empty_andesite_chunk_loader

Attempted troubleshooting

• Reinstalled Modpack (Me and server host), no change
• Tried other mod versions, no change
  (Edit as of April 17th)
• Friend removed me as operator and readded me, no change
