The execution of:

$ BOUNDS='[-12317431.810079003, 5623829.111356639, -12304931.810082098, 5642881.670239899]'
$ silvimetric -d $DB_NAME \
      shatter $FILEPATH \
      --tilesize 100 \
      --date 2024-02-05 \
      --bounds $BOUNDS

Freezes at about 40 seconds and throws an IndexError
