Publish dependencies #58
Description
MpqTool and Heroes.ReplayParser are source dependencies in git submodules. From a tooling perspective, this isn't ideal. I believe it would solve a good amount of problems -- CI, for one -- if these dependencies were distributed as nuget packages.
