Maintenability of python-3parclient

Hello, I'm looking into bringing the latest release to ubuntu (4.2.12 to 4.2.14), but there are a couple of items I'm concerned about:

• Is there a plan to remove the eventlet usage? (as cinder is moving away from it)
• Is python 3.12/3.14 support planned?
• The published source artifact on pypi seems broken compared to this github repository content. Unit tests are missing from that build, dependencies are not declared and so on...
• The pypi artifact is from 2024, while the github tag is from a couple months ago?
