Verify 303 response and modify codebase as necessary

The descendants retrieval may return a 303 response when the payload is > 10 MB. This turned out to be an issue in Search SDK: hubmapconsortium/search-python-sdk#16

Verify the 303 handling in Entity SDK and make necessary modifications.
