Ah never mind! I see there is this: Dark - forked from https://github.com/openmaptiles/dark-matter-gl-style

Nevertheless, I'll leave this; curious why it is not advertised on the website and if there is more substantial demand.

My bonafides are that I have designed and built many map styles, including dark maps, closed source for big companies and open source / Maplibre compatible as well. My particular interest is in improving the workflows for doing this, though even still in m y experience it is not something most developers enjoy doing in the end :).

Hi, and sorry for the late reply! @mizmay by all means it'd be amazing if you could contribute to the style development. The dark and fjord styles are mostly like in the upstream sources, meanwhile I've put a lot of effort into the non-dark styles. That's the reason I haven't yet put them out on the homepage, only the non-dark styles.
