Maximize window jumps out of the monitor it's in and moves to max size in monitor 1

For the App not the website - The program seems to jump monitors when hitting maximize button. This is not how maximize should work for a multi monitor setup. Programs should maximize into the max size of the monitor they are in. The website works fine for this (as the browser is doing the maximizing) but the app is not.

I'm having the same issue. I don't know how to fix it but it looks like it is moving the window to x,y 0,0 and making it full screen. It is not detecting what monitor it is on. If I'm correct the window it spawns is just a window with a browser contained with in. When I connected via a browser (Mozilla Firefox) it full screened on the monitor it was on. so the isue is somewhere in the code that is that window. Looks like it is writen in Go To file line for fullscreen check

Two possible workarounds till this is fixed is using Win+Shift+[arrow_key_to_monitor], or use a web browser and use the IP address the ICARUS Terminal Launcher gives. The key combo Tells windows to move window from one monitor to another, without shift moves window within a monitor. Unless the wondow is already on an edge that borders another monitor then it will jump monitors.

A proper fix will have to have the app check the monitor it is on and fullscreen on that monitor, rather than hard coding the top left of monitor 1.
