Add a Search Function to Blueprints

Spent ages trying to find the blueprint listing for Overcharged Power Plant... turns out it's called Boosted Power Plant in the Icarus.

While that could just be changed on display, I think a more general solution would be the ability to search by name and key phrases, such as the E:D screen name, the Icarus (I assume data-side for E:D) name, or the module it goes on.

Yeah the Engineering UI could really do with revisiting. As with some commodities, the names displayed in game don't all quite match the games internal names - and the mapping isn't done correctly everywhere in ICARUS (or in game sometimes!).

I would love to add Experimental blueprints, at least simple filtering by name and displaying relevant Engineering options for a given item on a ship (so you can more easily see what the options are, even if they are not all unlocked yet).
