Create more clear path to submitting issues from the CLI

Description

Right now if something isn't working right, the user has to know where the repository is or find it manually to submit an issue. It'd be good to document in more places where they can go for support (e.g. the version / help outputs, error popup, an info screen or popup, etc).

People like being able to get help.
