I've started using Postcodes to help support a local charity group, we've noticed that ICB is slightly out of data and just want to make sure it is on your radar.
Uttlesford, harlow and epping are not under: NHS Hertfordshite and West Essex ICB it is now NHS Essex ICB
Of course this is only a change that happened last month (April) and from what I understand this is a major change happening at around the same time as the council update.

P.S I know the data changes alot but is PCN data (Primary Care Network) possible to be added? <-- Never mind about this, I've been digging over the past 2 hours and it is a mine field of "no official cachement areas for GPs, So no PCN has official cachement areas and so you can't map to a Postcode", insanity!
