HEIC support?

Hi,

Would it be hard and/or time consuming to enable HEIC format support?

Meanwhile, as a workaround, I'm doing HEIC->jpeg conversion, running the tool and then - mapping file names to original (HEIC) ones.

Probably it is just a few lines of code, as this project uses Pillow.
