05_pvc_gemm_with_epilogues fails verification on Windows

Tested with 32.0.101.6739 and 2025.1

Row 4, Column 6 is 0 but reference is non-zero.

Not sure whether it is because of something specific to Windows or different driver version between our Linux and Windows setup.
