Found your post on the treadmill desk diary. I'm a bit unfamiliar with the arduino–any chance you could add a basic readme.md with some basic information on what hardware is needed, and how to connect the treadmill connection?

Whoa! VERY cool. I will have to check this out. I'd like to get the treadmill synced with apple health or something along those lines. Thanks for open sourcing this stuff, this will be my first attempt at hardware hacking; I'm excited to dive in!!
