No CSS or Layout are included with sinatra 2.0

the issue: https://github.com/kaminari/kaminari/issues/632 have reappeared

when `register Kaminari::Helpers::SinatraHelpers` are included it results in no layout files being loaded, and it is only the specific file that are loaded. no `layout.html/slim/haml`
