Context window does not open if context contains file that has been deleted

Bug Description

If you add a file to the context, and then later delete (or rename) that file, the context window no longer opens. A quick fix is to touch filename in the console and then delete it from the Context and, if you've renamed something to have caused this, add the file again.

Error message:

if: Opening input file: No such file or directory, /home/user/projects/myproject/backend/Dockerfile

1. Add a file to the context
2. Delete or move that file
3. Try to view the context

@gregorynewman-confiant Are you on the latest commit of gptel? When I try this the context window opens as expected and the deleted file does not show up at all.
