Add support to run on Windows

Motivation

It isn't weird at all according to the wide variety of Windows apps no longer working on current supported versions of Windows.

Proposed Solution

Dockur for Windows already run on Windows. WSLG could be a good starting point for this feature.

This is more feasible than it first looks — WSL2 supports nested virtualization (KVM inside the WSL2 VM), so running the dockur/Podman container there is possible in principle, and WSLg gives you the display surface for the FreeRDP RemoteApp windows. The catch is nested virt: it needs a CPU/BIOS that allows it plus nestedVirtualization=true in .wslconfig, and there's a performance cost from running a VM inside a VM. It's not on the near-term roadmap, but it's a legitimate direction rather than out of scope — leaving this open as a tracked exploration. If anyone gets dockur booting under WSL2 nested KVM, notes here would be very welcome.
