[sil_shan] Requesting the removal of U+1037

Hello,
I would like to request an update to the Shan Standard Keyboard. According to SIIT's Shan Standard Keyboard Announcement, the Burmese character U+1037 should be removed and replaced with U+1036 to represent "H".

@SZTSIIT are you able to do testing if we produce a keyboard package for you? We aren't sure about some of the code in the .kmn file. Are you familiar with .kmn? In particular, the rules at the bottom of this file:

Are the following rules still necessary? Since we've modified the keyboard to produce U+1036 for [SHIFT K_H] instead of U+1037, I think some of them may be unnecessary, but I am not sure:

Thank You So much. We only need these two rules for Shan Language from above rules. The others Re for Burmese writing system.

And I believe this also need to fix when type ၢ ံ း , ၢ ံ this need to reorder.

I am sorry. I have not had a chance to test it. I will try to finish it by this week and let you know. I am also working on a mobile layout with a dictionary. I will try to request a pull request once I am done. Now I am stuck at adding emojis from Unicode.

Hi I just tested this modified keyboard. It should render correctly but please remove that Burmese U1037 from the mobile Layout too.

Later on I will open another request for better version of mobile layout.

Completely removing 1037 would be a breaking change. We feel it's important to retain it since the keyboard has already had it.

But for what purpose should it exist on Shan Keyboard as it is not used in the Shan writing system? Up to you you can keep it then. Thank you.
