Add support for ML-DSA and ML-DSA-44-Ed25519 SSH keys

The SSH client currently does not support ML-DSA-based SSH keys.

OpenSSH 10.4p1 added support the hybrid ML-DSA-44-Ed25519 signature scheme. Please add support for ML-DSA-44-Ed25519 key generation and authentication, including ML-DSA would be nice.
