I am currently running Scrypted in Docker on my Synology and only use it to add my Reolink cameras to HomeKit. I do not use the NVR functionality.
I was considering installing the Scrypted add-on in Home Assistant and disabling it on the Synology so that everything is in one place. I have now added a camera there, and the CPU usage is already almost 60%.
Is it even advisable to run Scrypted in Home Assistant, or would you recommend continuing to run it in Docker? Or do you perhaps have any tips on how to improve performance?
